What we collect

We collect the contact, company, fundraising and payment information needed to provide the Investor Deck Red Flag Audit. We also collect the deck file you submit and standard website analytics and advertising events.

How deck files are used

Your deck is used only to provide the requested audit and related services. The Unspoken Pitch will not publish it, use it as an example or use its contents in advertising without written permission.

Service providers

Payment, hosting, analytics, email and advertising providers may process limited information required to deliver the service. Their own privacy terms also apply.

Retention and deletion

Audit files are retained only as long as needed to deliver the service, maintain business records and resolve disputes. You can request deletion by emailing scott.lee@theunspokenpitch.com.
